EZI-Deploy is a completely automated hose declutching technology that allows you to handle hose reels securely and easily with little drag resistance. Reels with powered rewind motors are becoming increasingly popular; nevertheless, despite the convenience of having a motor rewind the reel for you, extracting the hose and overcoming the additional burden of the motor requires considerable effort.

By designing a clutch that disengages the motor, this problem has been solved, by restoring your reel to Ezi-Deploy capability. These clutches may be remotely installed or factory fitted to assist with your reeling application.

Saves your shoulder
Pulling out the hose gives little to no resistance since it automatically declutches, using significantly less force and lowering the probability of operator shoulder strain or strain-related accidents.

Retrofittable
Retrofits easily to existing hose reels. For longer hose lengths and bigger 1″, 11/2″, and 2″ hoses, EZI-Deploy is a must-have accessory.

Low maintenance
Because of the smart design of the Ezi-Deploy, minimal maintenance is required to maintain the reel functioning, and because little force is put on the reel, Ezi-Deploy helps to avoid any early equipment damage.
