AdBlue Magnetic Tank Adaptor
A magnetic adapter designed to prevent mis-filling AdBlue into a diesel vehicle’s fuel tank. It’s compatible with AdBlue nozzles featuring magnetic spouts, ensuring that AdBlue is only dispensed into the correct fill chamber. This helps prevent damage to the fuel system caused by incompatible fluids.
ELAFIX 40 is installed by the original equipment manufacturer into a suitable vehicle filler neck (DN 40 or larger).
Operation for the intended use of the ZVA AdBlue HV nozzle is only possible with a filler neck with magnet adapter (ELAFIX 40). The fixed magnetic field within the filler neck opens the magnet switch in the spout. This intends to prevent other fuel tanks from being filled with AdBlue®. The filling of the AdBlue® tank with fuel is also prevented, because petrol and Diesel spouts do not fit into the ELAFIX 40 magnet adapter.
