4″ Flow Control Valves
Our 4″ Flow Control Valves come with integrated Dry Break receivers.
The BFCV43 supports flow rates from 400lpm to 1000lpm. It is compatible with our 1000 Series Dry Break Nozzle.
Banlaw’s Flow Control Valve (FCV) is the mechanical tank overfill protection (OFP) complement to a Banlaw Level Sensor. Together, as part of the Banlaw FillSafe™ Zero product family, they form a mechanical overfill protection system. When FillSafe Zero is installed a diesel fuel tank may be rapidly refilled to the optimum level without internal tank pressurisation.
The BFCV43 valve has an integrated rotational adjustment collar to allow the most suitable orientation for the pilot line. Incorporating a Banlaw 43 series stainless steel dry-break receiver front end, the BFCV43 Valve provides superior durability and connects with all Banlaw 1000 Series Dry-Break Refuelling Nozzles.
NOTE: All Flow Control Valves are sold with a Receiver Dust Cap (AUS43C) to help prevent the ingress of harmful contaminants into the fuel stream and refuelling components. The AUS43C Dust Cap is available as a spare part
