4″ Flow Control Valves

Our 4″ Flow Control Valves come with integrated Dry Break receivers.

The BFCV23 variants support flow rates from 200lpm to 800lpm and are compatible with our 800 Series Dry Break Nozzles (the industry standard size).

Banlaw’s Flow Control Valve (FCV) is the mechanical tank overfill protection (OFP) complement to a Banlaw Level Sensor. As part of the Banlaw FillSafe™ Zero product family, they allow a diesel fuel tank to be rapidly refilled to the optimum level without internal tank pressurization at shutoff. The valve has an integrated rotational adjustment collar to allow the most suitable orientation for the pilot line to be set after fastening the FCV to the storage tank or fill line. Incorporating a Banlaw 43 series stainless steel drybreak receiver front end, the BFCV23 Valve provides superior durability and connects with all Banlaw 1000 Series Dry-Break Refuelling Nozzles. As an option, a BFTFCV23 Valve is available to suit a Banlaw ResTrack™ “Auto ID” diesel refuelling system.

NOTE: All Flow Control Valves are sold with a Receiver Dust Cap (AUS23C) to help prevent the ingress of harmful contaminants into the fuel stream and refuelling components.
